Food and Drinks
Food and/or beverages of any kind may not be brought into ORACLE Arena. Food and beverages, including carving stations, hot dogs, pasta, pizza, salads, wrap sandwiches and much more are available at concession stands throughout the Arena
Bag Policy
Large bags, coolers and large backpacks will not be allowed in ORACLE Arena.
Doors Open
The Arena opens 1 ½ hours prior to home games
Children’s Ticket
A ticket is required for children 24 months and older.
Will Call Windows
The “Will Call” window opens 90 minutes prior to tip-off of each home game. The “Will Call” window is located on the Plaza Level next to the ORACLE Arena Box Office. Picture identification is required.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found articles are left at the ORACLE Arena Security Office until the end of an event. All unclaimed lost and found items are stored for 30 days.
ATM Machines
Automatic Teller Machines are located on the main concourse near sections 110 and 124 and on the upper concourse near sections 204 and 223.
Camera Policy
Cameras with lenses less than 3 inches in length are permitted, but the use of a flash is not allowed. All types of video and audio equipment are not permitted in ORACLE Arena.
Banners and Signs
Signs are permitted as long as the information contained on them is not politically, religiously, or commercially motivated, do not carry obscene messages and do not interfere with the sightlines of other guests.

- Any Kind of Poles or Sticks
- Backpacks and Large Bags
- Coolers with Hard Sides
- Fireworks, Firearms, or Weapons of Any Kind
- Laser Pointers
- Food and Beverages, Including Bottled Water
- Noisemakers of Any Kind
- Scooters, Portable Chairs, Bicycles, Roller Skates, and Skateboards
- Thermoses
- Video Cameras or Professional Cameras
